 Quebec introduces new scoring system for Arrima Expression of Interest profiles

Quebec’s immigration authority has publicized a new scoring system for Arrima Expression of Interest profiles. This information will help us to know how it will rank profiles in the Arrima Expression of Interest bank.

The new scoring system is applicable from July 14, 2021, and is officially published in Quebec Official Gazette.

It follows two categories which include Human capital factors and Quebec labor market factors.

Human capital factors

  • French language skill
  • French and English combined
  • Age
  • Work experience
  • Education

Quebec labor market factors

Arrima draw in Quebec invited 502 candidates

  On August 19, 2021, Quebec held its Arrima draw and invited 502 immigration candidates to apply for permanent residence. The MIFI (Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration) has issued these 502 invitations under Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (QSWP). Candidates who have registered the Expression of Interest (EOI) in Quebec’s online registration portal, Arrima, are eligible to receive these. Read More
