On October 7, 2021 Ontario held PNP draw and invited 162 Express Entry candidates to apply for a provincial nomination.   Canada started September 2021 with an  Express Entry  draw to invite 635 provincially nominated candidates to apply for a  Canada PR  visa. IRCC set the minimum CRS cut-off score at 764. The big number is owing to the 600 extra CRS points the selected candidates had received when they were provincially nominated. As it happens with Express Entry draws, this one too had a tie-break rule applied. As the name suggests, the rule sets a timestamp that suggests the date and time before which a candidate must have submitted a profile with the Express Entry.
