IRCC to extend Working Holiday visa for few to work in Canada

 

Canada is allowing some Working Holiday Visa holders to extend their visas

The COVID-19 crisis and its effect on migration plans of those who are willing to arrive and work in Canada on a Working Holiday visa have prompted IRCC’s latest decision. IRCC has decided to allow certain Working Holiday Visa holders to extend their LOIs before their imminent expiry. These few visa holders are those who are unable to travel to Canada due to COVID-19 regulations.

This policy is applied as an exception to few candidates ready to work in Canada on a Working Holiday Visa. In normal circumstances, the visa has a one-time validity. Read More

All eyes are now set on the  Indian  systems engineer at the commercial space flight company who’s part of the team that built the rocket –  30-year-old Sanjal Gavande .    Maharashtra -born Gavande, who had earlier worked for marine and racing companies, has been part of the team that built the New Shepard rocket system that will take Bezos and three others to space. She told Times of India, “I am really happy that my childhood dream is about to come true. Yogendra Puranik became Japan’s first Indian-origin politician. Here’s how

  (July 21, 2021; 5.30 pm)  Back in 2016,  Tokyo’s Edogawa ward  was contemplating the creation of a Singapore-like  Little India  in  Nishikasai , an area that boasts a sizeable Indian population. A banker,  Yogendra Puranik  was the only Indian from a professional background at the meeting; everybody else was a restaurant owner. The imbalance wasn’t lost on Puranik, who also found that the Little India model was not socially healthy or sustainable since it didn’t factor in the community’s daily needs.     Puranik strongly felt that public opinion should also be factored in since the plan involved an Indian street with at least 50 to 60 establishments spanning restaurants, groceries, and clothing along with a temple, and hospital.
