As per a Report by CBRE, 2021 Scoring Tech Talent, “As companies across all industries expand their technology services, there is high demand for tech talent in both large and small markets. Major gateway markets such as New York Metro, Toronto and the San Francisco Bay Area dominate overall tech talent growth because of their size.”

With 270,400 total tech occupations available in 2020 – registering a 12.6% increase over the growth during 2015 to 2020 – Toronto is among the top markets in North America for tech talent and investment.
