Now you can move to the U.K. without a job offer

No job offer No problem. You can still move to the United Kingdom

The United Kingdom Home has announced a new post-study work visa for international students. This will allow graduates to apply for the right to stay with a job experience during the end of university courses.

This Graduate route visa, was announced last year by Priti Patel, the U.K. Home Secretary. It is open for applications and is expected to benefit more for Indian students. Students can choose their degree courses depending upon the prospect of work experience.

New Graduate Route

The Graduate route is planned for international graduates who obtain their degree from a recognized UK University to stay on and search for employment for a minimum of two years.

The new route for “internationally mobile individuals” can extend their visas and settle in the U.K., if they meet the particular requirements.

“Under the UK Government’s points-based immigration system, talented students from India and across the globe now have the opportunity to kick start their careers in the UK at the highest levels of business, science, technology and the arts,” Home Secretary Priti Patel said in a statement.

The new visa will allow the graduate students to fulfill their aspirations and built their careers in the future after receiving the world-leading qualification from one of the educational institutions in the U.K.

In 2020, 56,000 Indians were granted student visas, which is a 13 percent rise compared to the previous year and almost a quarter of all Student visas the U.K. issued.
